The Seller will provide a complete inspection of the item and guarantee this inspection to the Buyer.  The Inspection Report will become part of the Online Catalog.  Once the item is sold online, payment is made to Auctioneer and deposited in an escrow account for a period of 5 days.  During this time period the Buyer has the option to inspect the item to ensure that the inspection clearly represents the items current condition and the sale is contingent upon the Buyers inspection.  If the Buyer accepts the item, Auctioneer will forward payment to the Seller, less commissions.  If the Buyer is not satisfied with the item his money is returned to the Buyer and the Seller will pay a No Sale Commission to the Auctioneer.  If the Buyer fails to inspect the item within 5 days, he will forfeit his right to cancel the sale and payment will be made to the Seller, less commissions.
